  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email or SMS.

📍 Delivery Coverage

Jyno Store delivers across most serviceable pin codes in India through trusted courier partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • XpressBees
  • Ekart
  • India Post
  • Other regional logistics partners

If your location is not serviceable, you may be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team after placing the order.


🔁 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery fails because:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The address is incomplete or incorrect
  • The shipment is refused

the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via Email or SMS.
  • A tracking link will be provided to monitor your shipment status.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

❗ Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your Order ID.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most products and eligible pin codes.

Under our COD service:

  • Payment is made at the time of delivery.
  • Customers may pay using:
    • Cash
    • UPI
    • Card (subject to courier availability)

The order will be handed over to you after successful payment.

Jyno Store reserves the right to disable COD for certain products, locations, or orders based on operational requirements.
